Moving in
We do the migration, and you approve it before anything changes.
The bit people worry about is downtime during the switch. This order of operations avoids it, because your site is already live here before the DNS moves.

We copy everything to a staging URL
Files, databases and mailboxes, running on our servers at a temporary address so you can click round it properly.

You say go, we switch the DNS
Nothing points at us until you are happy. If something looks wrong at step two, we fix it before anyone else sees it.

Will you move my site across for me?
Yes, free, on every plan. Send us the login for your current host or a backup file. We copy the site, databases and mailboxes onto a staging URL here, you check it over, and the DNS only changes once you say go. Because the site is already running on our end before the switch, there is normally no downtime at all.
Is SSL really included?
Yes, on every plan including the cheapest. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically. Charging for HTTPS in 2026 is daft and we do not do it.
Can I host WordPress?
Yes. There is a one-click installer in HestiaCP, and you can switch PHP version per site if a plugin needs an older one. Nothing stops you installing it manually either.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up whenever you like and pay the difference pro-rata. Nothing needs migrating again, it is the same account with more resources attached.
